The spot where we stayed was located smack dab in the happening Upper West side, near tons of awesome restaurants, and super easy to get to from the city center with a subway stop just a stone's throw away. The staff were cool and down-to-earth; the place was squeaky clean and didn't break the bank for such a prime locale. A sweet cafe right across the street and a cool joint nearby for some jazzy vibes completed the deal. 🌟

Steps from subway - convenient location! Good price for New York. Do not expect luxury amenities as it lacks in that area. With a baby, I didn't spend much time in the hotel due to its atmosphere. However, the AC had a heating function, the staff didn't always answer the phone promptly, and the room lacked drawers for storage. Nearby, landmarks like New York bagels, Guggenheim Museum, and Central Park offered great family bonding opportunities.

Everything was fine, the staff were helpful and the location was unbeatable.

My stay was made even better when I got upgraded to a much cleaner and updated room halfway through. We had a great stay at Night Hotel Broadway. the staff was helpful and prompt, and the building itself was impressive. the location in the upper westside was perfect, with easy access to the metro and walking distance to many attractions. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a professional articulating mirror for those who do makeup. When we had an issue with the hot water, the staff quickly resolved it and even offered to arrange alternative shower facilities. the hot radiator was a nice touch for those who prefer a warmer room, although we were able to adjust it to our liking.
